In addition to the programs offered by member agencies, LEAP facilitates occasional out-of-school time events as a collaborative effort. Recent events include
- a Career Day for teens, inviting community leaders to share information about their careers and tips for entering the career world
- a World Hunger Day pairing educational activites with a field trip to Feed My Starving Children
- Girls' Day Out
- a fall hayride for younger children, complete with s'mores and hot chocolate
